16:20 RAP Session — Amateur Radio:  The Emergency Manager’s Hidden Resource (40 Minutes – Presented by KI1U, KD1CY, K4AG, WD4R, VE1MBR)

Given the one-year anniversary of the Boston Marathon Bombings, the Boston Marathon Amateur Radio response was added to the presentation schedule as it is of historical significance nationally. It also ties into the situational awareness aspect that Amateur Radio can provide not only during weather events but also in non-weather related incidents.

We hope folks can join the livestream Tuesday 4/15/14. If people cannot make the livestream, the presentations will be archived and information will be sent out once that occurs.
