..Cold air aloft with strong trigger mechanism and just enough instability with strong turning in the atmosphere allowed for a severe weather event replete with funnel cloud and waterspout sightings and a tornado in Lincoln, RI that will be assessed further today and include North Providence, RI and Norton, Mass..
..Any additional damage and hail reports, pictures and videos, can be sent as a reply to this email, via the WX1BOX Facebook/Twitter feeds and via the email list pics@nsradio.org with credit given to the Amateur Radio Operator or SKYWARN Spotter unless otherwise noted..
..Additional information including a post-mortem on the event will be posted this evening.
