..Strong Winds and the low possibility of a fine line of thunderstorms producing strong winds and perhaps even small hail along with heavy rainfall and urban and poor drainage flooding as a storm system swings through the area overnight into Thursday Morning..
..A Wind Advisory is now in effect from 3 AM to 9 AM Thursday for Eastern Essex County Massachusetts for sustained winds of 25-35 MPH with gusts to 50 MPH. Other areas of Northern Massachusetts could see wind gusts of around 40 MPH overnight into early Thursday Morning. These winds will cause isolated pockets of tree and wire damage and isolated power outages..
..A Wind Advisory is now in effect from 10 AM to 4 PM Thursday for Cape Cod and the Islands for sustained winds of 15-25 MPH with gusts of 45-50 MPH. These winds will cause isolated pockets of tree and wire damage and isolated power outages..
..SKYWARN Self-Activation will monitor the strong wind and thunderstorm potential as the storm system moves through the area. This will be the only coordination message on this storm event unless a significant upgrade to the situation occurs and time allows for an update.
