..Severe Weather Potential is low due to weak wind fields but isolated slow moving strong thunderstorms may cause a risk for urban/poor drainage flooding to flash flooding across localized locations of Southern New England later this Monday afternoon and early evening before the loss of daytime heating weakens any storm activity.
