..Wintry mix expected to cause hazardous travel conditions across across portions of Northern Connecticut and interior Massachusetts north and west of the Mass Pike and the I-95 corridor..
..A Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect through 7 PM Friday through 10 AM Saturday for Northern Connecticut, Franklin, Hampshire, Hampden, Worcester, North-Central Middlesex and Western Essex Counties of Massachusetts and expanded into Northwest Providence County Rhode Island for a wintry mix of up to 2″ of snow and ice accretion levels of around one-tenth inch causing hazardous travel conditions. Icing should remain below levels that could cause tree and power line damage but will be monitored..
