..Ongoing flash flooding affecting portions of Northeast Connecticut and Norfolk County Massachusetts with rainfall reports of 2-4″ with higher amounts occurring this Thursday Morning. Flash Flood Warning was in effect for Windham County CT and recently canceled with an ongoing Flash Flood Warning for Norfolk County Mass. A Flood Watch is in effect through Thursday afternoon for Windham County CT, Rhode Island, Central and Eastern Massachusetts except for the Cape Cod and the Islands..
..Isolated to Scattered Strong to severe thunderstorms possible in Western and Central Massachusetts and Western and Central Connecticut for later this afternoon and evening. Strong to damaging winds, hail, frequent lightning and heavy rainfall leading to urban and poor drainage flooding are the main threats..
..SKYWARN Self-Activation with Amateur Radio Call-Up Nets are ongoing Thursday Morning for current flash flooding and possible later this afternoon and evening for severe weather potential.
