..Another storm system will bring a quick hitting soaking rainfall of 0.50-1″ with isolated higher amounts New Years Eve Night (Tuesday Night) through New Years Day Morning (Wednesday Morning). After this rainfall, the pressure gradient between this storm system and high pressure moving into the area will bring the potential for strong to damaging winds over all of Southern New England Thursday Morning through Thursday Evening..
..SKYWARN Self-Activation will monitor for rain gauge reports late Tuesday Night into Wednesday Morning.
