Hello to all…

..A Strong Cold Front will bring the coldest air of the young 2017-2018 Winter Season with wind chill indices into the single digits along with the potential for strong to damaging wind gusts..
..A Wind Advisory is in effect for Eastern Essex, Eastern Plymouth Counties of Massachusetts and Cape Cod and the Islands from midday Wednesday through late Wednesday Night for sustained winds of 20-30 MPH with gusts to 50 MPH. These winds will have the potential to cause isolated pockets of tree and power line damage and isolated power outages..
..A Wind Advisory is in effect from 10 AM to 8 PM Wednesday for Western Franklin, Western Hampshire and Western Hampden Counties of Massachusetts for Sustained Winds of 15-25 MPH with gusts to 45-50 MPH. These winds coupled with Tuesday’s snowfall will have the potential to cause isolated pockets of tree and power line damage and isolated power outages. Areas outside of the Wind Advisory will see strong wind gusts of around 40 MPH during the afternoon and evening hours..
..SKYWARN Self-Activation will monitor the strong to damaging wind potential on Wednesday. This will likely be the only coordination message on this potential unless a significant upgrade to the situation occurs.
