Hello to all…

..A frontal system is moving through the region with rain that started Wednesday Evening continuing into the first part of Friday. This rain along with wet antecedent conditions could bring renewed river, stream, urban and poor drainage flooding in portions of Northeast Connecticut, Rhode Island and Eastern Massachusetts..
..A Flood Watch is in effect through late tonight for Windham County Connecticut, Rhode Island except for Block Island, Worcester, Essex, Middlesex, Suffolk, Norfolk, Bristol, Plymouth, Barnstable, Dukes and Nantucket Counties for 2-3″ of rainfall and the renewed risk for flooding of rivers, streams, urban and poor drainage areas. Areas outside of the Flood Watch area in Southern New England will receive a 0.50″-2″ of rain..
..SKYWARN Self-Activation will monitor for rain gauge reports of 1″ or more and any reports, pictures and videos of flooding of rivers, streams, urban and poor drainage areas. This will be the only coordination message on this event unless a significant change to the situation occurs and time allows for an update.
