It never hurts to have preparations in place and review safety rules prior to any impending tropical system affecting the region. This info can help you stay informed and understand products issued by the National Hurricane Center and National Weather Service in Boston/Norton and prepare properly if Southern New England were to be affected by a tropical system this season.
