..Heavy Rainfall and a localized flood threat mainly to urban and poor drainage areas is possible Monday Evening into Tuesday Morning in portions of Southern New England. The exact portions of Southern New England impacted are uncertain with the heaviest rainfall potentially in parts of Western and Central Massachusetts and Northwest Connecticut and another potential area in Southeast New England..
..A Special Weather Statement highlighting the heavy rainfall and flood potential has been issued and if areas of heavy rainfall become more certain and defined in later model runs, flood watches may be issued for parts of the area..
