..Light Wintry Mix may cause icy travel conditions in Western, Central and Northeast Massachusetts this Tuesday Evening into very early Wednesday Morning. This could extend further south into the Hartford CT to Providence RI to Boston Mass area and will bear watching..
..A Winter Weather Advisory is now in effect from 7 PM Tuesday Evening to 2 AM Wednesday Morning for Franklin, Hampshire, Hampden, Worcester, Middlesex and Essex Counties of Massachusetts for freezing rain causing a light icy glaze on roads and sidewalks causing slippery travel along with a coating to 1″ of snow/sleet..
..SKYWARN Self-Activation will monitor for icing reports and issues on area roadways from light icing. Another coordination message will be posted by 8 PM this evening if a change to the advisory area occurs and time allows for an update otherwise this will be the only coordination message for this light icing event.
